About Me

My ethos is EDUCATE + EMPOWER + ENCOURAGE. I give the theory and new knowledge, the tools and confidence to apply it and then bring energy and focus to make positive changes happen.

I build rapport with my clients easily and become a ‘trusted adviser’ or 'critical friend' frequently acting as an impartial ‘sounding board’ on management and staff issues.  I have a relaxed approach and find it hugely rewarding seeing my clients develop their skills and knowledge.

I have a particular passion for and interest in family businesses, manufacturers and supporting women in senior positions in organisations.

For 16 years I was a member of the Steering Group of the Calderdale and Kirklees Manufacturing Alliance inspiring and informing local manufacturers and encouraging collaboration.  I arranged visits, speakers and keep members updated through a regular newsletter and website.  See www.ckma.co.uk

I now am semi-retired and focus on a small portfolio of private clients who I continue to enjoy working with and supporting in developing their businesses and their teams.
