I work at three levels to bring energy and focus:

I adapt my approach to suit your particular situation and offer very flexible services which you can draft in as and when you need it.

Some clients keep me on a retainer and I do regular work either with the Directors or individuals.  For others I am drafted in to work on a particular project to support the team and bring them together.

I have a particular passion for and interest in family businesses, manufacturers and supporting women in senior positions in organisations.

I work across all sectors and have clients with many sizes of business.  However I find I can usually add most value where there is an aspiration to grow the business from the leaders, a team of staff with limited experience and training who are open to development and a commitment to improving systems and processes. Typical clients have a turnover of up to £3m and a staff of less than 30.


Typical examples are:

Regular 6/8 weekly development sessions with individual team members offering the opportunity to discuss specific challenges and offer support giving them the confidence to deal with it competently.

Quarterly meetings with the owners/directors to drive forward business development and to make things happen and people accountable by documenting agreed actions.

Regular meetings with owners/directors to discuss strategic and operational challenges and opportunities and document for quality management purposes

Bringing together teams of engineers/production/operations to understand more about their roles and appreciate each other’s strengths and contribution

1:1 Coaching with individuals to help them be the best they can be in their role.
