Specifically designed for young people who are new into employment is my ‘Enhance’ Programme.  Three workshops aimed at young people and their supervisors.

  1. Getting to know myself better – understand my strengths and personality
  2. What does my employer expect of me? – employability skills and professionalism
  3. Personal effectiveness: what does that mean? – time management skills etc

These three workshops were developed as a direct result of requests from my clients to ‘have a word with’ some of their newer, younger members of staff who didn’t quite understand ‘professionalism’ and what employers expect from their employees.  It is easy to assume that employability skills have been taught in school/college or are inherent in new starters.  Each workshop has an associated workshop for the supervisor of the new starter to understand what is expected from them too, if required.
