I combine my experience as a trained business adviser, qualified personal coach and mediator together with my 18 years’ experience of working with owners and managers of small businesses to bring a different perspective to your business. I have a special passion for supporting manufacturing businesses, families in business and women in leadership positions.

I focus on supporting leaders of small businesses with a real aspiration for growth who may have had no formal training in running businesses or managing people. This is where I can add most value and have had most success.
I offer a very flexible, bespoke and cost-effective solution for you and your team which you can dip into as and when needed as an external resource.
Most recently I have trained as a Mediator which is a natural progression from the work I do with people on opening up channels of communication and listening to different perspectives.

I have worked with Philippa for a number of years and she has been key to my own personal and professional development and continuing progression as a leader in our business.
